Dr. Georgina Sanchez Mendez is home with God this morning. The light of our lives as a mother, mentor, colleague, sister, and aunt who taught by example and with passion to live a faith-driven life of service. She often stopped time itself - to advocate for others. Inspired by her love of God, her devotion to her family, and her relentless belief in the dignity and worth of every human life, she worked until retiring in 2002. In her profession, she transformed the lives of colleagues and later-generation pharmacists, and they in turn are her living legacy. Mendez Scholarships Non-Profit is overwhelmed by the gifts of prayer and support poured out from so many! Your love inspires us to faith and service always.
